Moshe Weissman founded Lincroft after driving asset management for over 1.7 million square feet of office and industrial real estate across multiple states. Problem-solving prowess, hands-on grit and rich human-to-human negotiation skills propelled him to land and retain leading portfolio tenants. But the gaping need for performance in the REO and receivership sector demanded his attention. Thus, Lincroft was born.
We live in an age when people think power is business. If you didn’t squash somebody, you didn’t accomplish. But Moshe takes his personal way of life, his gentle and soft-spoken way of working with people, and brings it into business. Whereas most people would approach things tougher and become demanding and high-handed, he brings his mode of being into the way he does business and has great successes.
Mr. Weissman is logical, thorough, smart, and persistent. He’ll review something until he understands it; he has a creative streak; and he’s not afraid of new things. And in crisis, he won’t fly up and down and off the handle when something goes wrong.
