Onboarding
We begin by entering all property data into our management systems and software. Next, we promptly notify tenants and vendors of the management changes along with updated contact information. We then allocate a designated Lincroft property manager.

Day to Day Property Performance
From filing tenant service tickets, to interfacing with vendors, preparing budgets, and ensuring all systems are being maintained and serviced per schedule. Additionally, we handle the property’s AP and AR departments.

Tenant Relationships
We interface with the tenants, ensuring their needs and lease obligations are met. In addition, we offer tours and negotiate with potential tenants and their brokers, optimizing the asset’s occupancy.
